Welcome to Reelsot.com (the "Service"), operated by Welsot Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Causing harm to us, our infrastructure, or other users
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
- Engaging in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to a civil liability
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments for services are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with Stripe’s payment terms in addition to our own.
We offer two types of paid services:
- Subscription plans (e.g., Pro plan): You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- One-time purchases (e.g., watermark removal): All one-time payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welsot Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Welsot Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Welsot Solutions and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Welsot Solutions.
